Here is a good table I found at another site:

It lists the shipping rates at most of the better known on-line DVD stores, for US, Canada, and International (other than Canada).

You can also check shipping rates at www.dvdpricesearch.com by clicking the "vendor information" at the top of their home page. You get the shipping details, sales tax info, mailing address and phone number - all handy information.
