I've used them several times with good results. All cds ordered came through quickly. DVDs as well, except for one mysterious cancellation. I just used the 25% off myself.

I used them once, but didn't have a good experience. I ordered the Charlie Brown DVD set from them with a coupon. It was put on backorder for quite some time. Then I was sent an e-mail that my order was cancelled. A couple of weeks later my order was sent to me. And they charged me full price for it.
Haven't used them since.

Iv've ordered several times from twec.com and have not had a problem except for one back ordered item (SOPRANOS) which took a week longer to arrive.
The good news is that you can use their 25% off coupon more than once. This week's good deal is that I bought the Marilyn Monroe box set for $62.99 after the discount. That's a $100 list set!

My order of 1/13 included 3 cds and 2 dvds plus the burns jazz dvd set. On l/17 I received a fedex box the size of a breadbox but it seemed awfully light. On opening the box I found it contained 1 cd(!) with about 9 square yards of wadded paper around it. Today I got 1 of the other cds in a nice small package like cdnow or bmg use. Also today - all the dvds in a priority mail box. Just waiting for 1 more cd. This was a very nice bargain with the 25% off. (NOTE-One of the dvds is the George Lucas in Love dvd which is priced 10.88 at twec - really nice deal with the coupon - the jazz set is priced 148.88, also a nice deal with the coupon.) twec continues to surprise me.

Ordered on Saturday. Standard USPS shipping. On Tuesday I got an e-mail that my order had shipped USPS...but I got that e-mail AFTER my DVD had showed up via FedEx. They shipped it FedEx overnight! This was my 4th order, all have gone great.

Just an update to my previous post--that you can use their coupons more than once.
Correct that--sometimes you CANNOT! I placed an order yesterday with a previously-used coupon and they emailed me the next day that using a coupon more than once violates their coupon policy
As a consequence they cancelled my order!
