I sent an Email wondering if they would price match a video card I had purchased from Canada.Buy.com who are out of business as of today. This is their reply :

Delayed response? I sent my message this afternoon! I've NEVER had a reply from any online store whatsoever within 2-3 days and for 5 hours they apologize? I have to say i'm very impressed and will be doing most of my ordering from them as of now. Not many place would lower their own price by over 200$ (with the 10%) to match the price of a store that doesn't even exist anymore!
