Well, they been doing that for years. It does suck, but it's how samgoody gets thier profit by using cheap mailers, and overcharging on shipping.

Use one of thier coupons.

If memory serves, $4.99. Not great, but OK during their 20% off sales.

Amazon charges about $6 + $2 per DVD to ship them to Canada... That is what I call high shipping rates! http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/frown.gif

there is a $5 off $30, so basically shipping is a couple of cents if you get 2 dvd's. the code is around the forum, if you need it, email me.

I agree that the shipping prices are high. But I just got a shipping confirmation today for an anime title that isn't supposed to be released until 2/13.
