I ordered the "Shakespeare In Love" Collector's Edition from bestbuy.com for $19.99 at the beginning of Jan. It had a delivery time of 10 - 15 days. I decided to do an in-store pick up to get it sooner. When I went down there I had to wait in line for an hour because of all the after Christmas returns. They did not have a CE in stock so I was told that they would receive more shipments in. Well they never got any so I called customer service. They cancelled my original order and re-ordered it saying they would ship it free and adjust the price to the sale price. I just received an e-mail saying my order was placed on back order. Will I ever see this DVD? What have your experiences been with back orders there?

I'll answer my own question. It took about 4 weeks, but I got shipping confirmation today. I hope it's the Collector's Edition.
