I just got through with my first order from playcentric.com. Received 5 of 6 titles (1 backordered), but very inexpensive prices, plus the $2.00 off per title. Yes, the site sucks big time (the DVD section is supposedly not completed yet), but the prices are pretty good on most titles. 7 day turnaround from order to receipt (inc New Year's Holiday). Anyone else have any experiences? I'll post coupon codes in the other room if anyone wants them.

I ordered a number of hard to find items from them. They charged my card and I never heard from them again. Finally, I received one of 13 movies ordered. I contacted customer service (email only) and they said the movies aren't available and they don't know how they got listed on their website. They promised to credit my Visa.. that was about two weeks ago. They say they're way behind on issuing credits. I say don't order from these guys, or at least don't order anything that is scarce like Criterions.
