I'm looking for a cust. service # because I want to cancel an order. Do they charge your CC as soon as you place the order or when it ships?

And they cancel the order and refund the entire amount right away? There's no 'restocking fee' or anything like that, is there?

How long does it take them to respond to email?

not sure how long Hivizone takes to respond, but better send it out soon, Chinese New Year is less than a day away in HK.

I emailed 'em today, hope they read it before the Chinese New Year. The New year is on 24-26 Jan, right?
