does anyone have the problem of netflix dvds skipping? because almost half of the ones i get skip, even after we wash them with soap and water, so it is from scratches. i don't know if netflix would do anything if i told them, but i don't want to quit because it is a good program. anyone know something i can do?

Wow, I think this might be a problem with your player - I've only had one problem with a dvd in over a year (and over 200 rentals).
