I have had heaps of trouble with Itchee in the past and are still chasing them for money which should have been refunded back in may.

Has anyone else had any issues with them or do you find them ok to use?

Just thought I'd ask you people before alerting Geoff about it.

If you are talking about, waiting more than a month for the delivery of a few VCDs, yeah.
That's why I'm buying from http://www.dddhouse.com

That issue still isn't resolved? I'll stick with Hivizone and DDDhouse, they both have great reputations and CS. I wonder how much they've taken in since DVDTalkers started referring them.

It's a very long story Yangshouwen. Very long.

Let us just say that I've been screwing around with them for months waiting for CC refunds, cheques etc etc. And I only got half of the DVD's I was supposed to get too.

I couldn't be stuffed typing the three page essay on why Itchee suck but in my opinion they do.

hmm...I've used them before and they were cheaper and faster than HiViZone (who I also like).

Can I ask what method of payment you used?

And has anyone had problems with them recently? I was thinking of placing another order soon but may hold off now.

It went something like this...

I bought three DVD's off them, I was charged on VISA and for about a month nothing tunred up. I though I'd let it go because I'm down here and I know these things can take a while.

After two months I started chasing it and they kept telling me the package was sent.

So after another month of constant harrasment, they said they'd send another lot.

When the package arrived, it only contained two of the three titles I ordered. The third - Police Story - was not in stock and hadn't been for sixth months according to the person there (makes you wonder how the first shippment got sent complete???).

They said they'd refunded my CC and that was that. When I told them that my CC hadn't been refunded at all, they re checked and then offered to send out a check via express airmail.

After a months waiting for that I rang them again and they claimed it must have got lost and said they'd send another one so I am still here without the DVD and without money sixth months later waiting.
