So how do people generally feel about ordering from www.twec.com? I'm especially interested people's experiences that have had a large order with a coupon and mix pre-orders/instock stuff... Thanx

I've had mixed results using Twec. They are extremely slow to fill backorders, especially on non-mainstream titles (i.e. anime). When using a coupon you will have to be careful that if part of your order is cancelled you still fulfill the coupon requirements (i.e. $10 off $30) or you may not get the coupon.

Billing is pretty random, often what you get via email won't reflect the coupon and may not reflect what you are actually charged. No 1-800 number. You'll have to go by email and they're a bit slow to respond.

Overall, acceptable as an online store. Not my #1 or even #2, 3, 4 or 5 choice for a place to order from.
