Sometimes two or three weeks...maybe not that long!!! http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Then again.....you may wait close to a month!!! You just never know with Buy.com!!

It's hit and miss with Buy. Sometimes they're really fast with orders, other times they're slow as heck.

I'm still waiting on pre-ordered DVDs released on 12/12, 12/19 and 1/2, all of which I ordered back in October.

They will ship items as they get them into stock and not wait for the entire order to be complete.

I ordered a few DVD's on Dec 26 at buy.com and they are all on order, but at other online stores they are all in stock. Like you said sometimes they are fast, sometimes you might have to wait a while. If it wasn't for those coupons...

I had on on order for weeks with buy.com even though their site said it shipped in 24 to 48 hours. I emailed them Sunday and it shipped today.

A while back I pre-ordered one from Amazon, and it never shipped, I emailed them and it turns out they changed their item number on it when it went up in price on the release date. They sent it right out.

So I'd email or call about it. Sometimes it takes the human touch to get out of whatever computer purgatory orders fall into sometimes.

I'm still waiting on Planes, Trains, Automobiles, which was released for Thanksgiving. I ordered it back in August.
