Amazon and Nosferatu or new Predator? Anyone got 'em yet?

Hey there-
I ordered both on Monday morning, and still nothing. Absolutly nothing. No "shipping soon" or availability updated on the order itself. I swear, this is the third time in the last month or so that Amazon takes 1-2 weeks for something to ship. And the email Customer Service is getting horrible by the minute. I did an experiment and on average it takes about 2 days to get an answer back. Don't know what to think... Anyone share the same experience?
