has anyone tried calling their 1-800 number? It seems to be out of ordr. Are they doing away with their 800 line?

Well, it could be because it's a "1-888" number. I have 888-880-1030 for their Customer service number.
Also, I just checked the very useful thread about CSR numbers in this forum, and that concurs with the number I have. I think this link will get you to the other thread: <A HREF="http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/006243.html " TARGET=_blank>http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/006243.html </A> C ya [This message has been edited by dvd2001 (edited December 29, 2000).] |
