Hi folks,

I used the $50/$200 coupon at Amazon.com, and one of the items was backordered. I now no longer need it. They charged me for the item that shipped applying the full coupon....if I cancel the backordered item, will I be able to retain the full benefits of that coupon, will they pro-rate it, or will they ding me for another $50?

TIA for any with experience...the CSR I spoke with was pretty confused.

You won't get charged extra (they never 'after charge').
