I received a copy of Casablanca in the mail from Barnes and Noble.com and I noticed a rattling inside the case. I'm positive that the case holder is broken and I can hear the disc sliding around when I tip it. Should I call BN.com or should I just try to take it to Wal-Mart for a trade in? Has anybody delt with BN.com and trade ins? TIA

if there is a BN B&M where you live, just go there and request an exchange.
(Bring your receipt).
Shouldn't be a problem.

Otherwise, call them for an exchange.
