I bought three DVD's from them back in July and that's where the fun started.

First off, they claimed all three were shipped and after much emailing questioning were the DVD's were three months later, they said only two had been shipped two days beforehand as the third was out of stock and the amount would be refunded to my CC account.

Surprise, surprise, they haven't and they no longer answer the weekly emails I send them.

So beware when buying from itchee.com.

I'm not surprised. I participated in a thread about them earlier this year or late last year. Same problems. Be prepared for a bunch of people to post and defend them though. I wouldn't shop with them again if they were giving me free stuff.

Well, maybe free......

I've ordered from them 4 times, and have had some "interesting" things happen; one order got lost due to "technical difficulties", one sent to another customer... In the end, I did get _all_ the DVDs I paid for. Considering that HiViZone have better prices (and more reliable service) it's very unlikely I'll ever order from itchee again.
My impression is that they're honest, but both slow and incompetent (their web-site has been broken on many occasions... last time I checked it spewed out java server errors...)

YMMV.

I've had an order or two there, and the only problems I had were some broken spindles.

Found out Hivizone was cheaper and that they had a better selection and more frequently update website, I started to use them exclusively.

So, I guess that's a slight positive for Itchee.

never use itchee...I wish you could have put the charge in dispute before that first month was up, and as of now, you will never see your money. I wish hivizone and dddhouse carried more vcds...because that is one thing itchee had I think.

It's looking like a switch to Hivizone for me I think.
