Well, the only good thing that came out of buying something at Twec.com was:

After I pre-ordered the JP/LW Collection with the hopes of getting it on it's release date, I ended up getting it 3 weeks later after 22 emails.

And 2 days ago, I received another copy in the mail by mistake. At no charge! Not a bad Christmas present.

I say stay away at all costs!!!

I tried ordering through them with Internet Cash (Dino Crissis for DC) They deleted my order, deleted my account, and didn't tell me... oh, and debited my IC account

Not too bad in my experience.

They cancel any pre-order that is 30 days past the date you ordered but you can re-instatae it easily.

They bill unusually.

Eg if you buy 4 DVDs and use a 20% off coupon they refund you the 20% first then charge the full price when they ship the titles.

A lot of people complain they are hard to get to, but there CSR number is buried somewhere.

All my orders arrived relatively fast but not as fast as I would like.
