I have ordered from them before with hot dollars and they have always sent me my order(very slowly I might add but for free I can't complain). They have a good sale going on right now and I was wondering how their service has been lately(2 months to present)

****NOTE*** I am not asking for the history of whatshotnow.com, I know all about the history of whatshotnow.com and how many people never got their stuff so please do not post if that is all you have to say, I am talking about recently(within the past 2 or 3 months)

I had heard a few good things about them recently, so I decided to give them another try and use up my remaining Hot dollars. That was maybe a month ago, and I still haven't received anything or heard anything from them. The least they could do is tell me the status of my order... is it backordered? canceled? To me, it looks like they're the same old crappy company they always were.
