Has anyone who ordered their Chicken Run preorder through Videotropic (before Amazon got their order link up ) got shipping advice yet ??

I did this Sept 11, in an effort to get it fulfilled quickly, but I still don't have shipping advice.

My account does not have the normal availaibilty or shipping info next to the order either.

I've emailed Amazon and got cryptic replies.

Limbot, I got my copy on Monday, and so did one of the girls I work with who also preordered the movie through the videotropic preorder link. What kind of cryptic answer are you getting from them?
