Last month, Columbia House had an offer for members where you can buy 1 at regular price and get 2 more DVDs at $10 off their regular price. Even at $10 off it's not a great deal for most DVDs, but I was able to order 2 titles that are regular priced at $9.99 for just 99 cents. It was a great deal until I got my bill. I was charged full price for them and when I called their reps, she was told by a manager that the price was a mistake and will not be honored. So here I am forced to send back these DVDs because of their mistake. Has anyone had a similar problem with them during that sale?
