anyone else have problems with buy.com returns

Well the subject says it all...it all stared out with buy.com sending me the wrong dvd...so i got a ups label from them to send it off and on its way back to them...eagerly awaiting my dvd I checked the UPS tracking code and it didnt exist anymore...after calling UPS and buy.com, it seems like no one wants to take the blame as to where my package is...so now I have to wait 13 days before a lost package claim can be filed...my new dvd release of U-571 is no getting old....this really sucks. I had good luck with buy.com up to this point but man does this experience just get me frustrated.

I returned a wrong title DVD I received 2 priority for another DVD. I sent it back TUESDAY and they got it FRIDAY. My replacement is in processing. They're crediting me for s/h charges I paid out.

Good luck to both of you. I have never seen worse customer service from any online company. I had to phone and email them three times a week for over a month for them to finally replace the bad gift certificate I was owed. No apologies or coupons either from them and I can't help but notice they never have a company spokesman check in with us here at all unlike other online stores. I sincerely hope they go under and fast. It's such a shame too since they have a huge selection and good preorder prices plus have fast shipping. Why couldn't they just back it up with good customer service?
