I used to order all the time, during their coupon hay day, but am not sure how they are now. Anyone?

Just as quick, efficient, and professional. However, without all those coupons to offset those prices, shopping there isn't worth your time or money.

Also when they do have a coupon, it's not good towards pre-orders. Haven't used them in a loooong time!

Just read an article that they are showing bigger profits in the last quarter. They might not have too many coupons anymore, but who does? Companies lose money with each coupon, so why would they flood the market with them? At least you can call Bigstar customer service and someone answers right away, and actually helps you! That's kind of unusual. I've heard that they may also bring back the free movie deal, with a $50 floor.
