Hi all,
My Toy Story UTB was shipped on Oct. 25 but I still have NOT received it....their reply was:

Usually when these types of delays occur it is because customs is holding the
product up. Even if that is the case your product should be arriving shortly.
Please keep us infromed as to receipt of your product.
