Tonight I decided to check out what used DVD and videos they might have. Of course right now they have $2 off used videos(don't know if this applies to DVD's!!??)I looked around for a while . I saw that they have a nice collection of DVD to rent. I asked about possibly ordering some videos and DVD's from them .The Blockbuster employee said it's not a good to order from them!!He said the order could take 6 months!!If I was working in place like and someone wanted to order DVD's/videos, I would do what the customer wanted!!To think I also asked at my new Barnes and Noble the same thing and they said they will soon as they get the distributors problem messed up!!
I know it's late here in CA(130AM PST) and I'm tried ,I might try Hollywood video in a few days??So is your local Blockbuster video are dumb as mine when it comes to ordering DVD 's and videos??

It literally does take at least three weeks (if not more) to order practically anything through Blockbuster. I haven't ordered anything myself, but I've heard experiences of other people. The employee was right.

From what I know of Blockbuster's shipping methods, the employee was right. If the store ordered something for you, it would probably be at least two months getting through their distribution system and to the store. Why would you want to order something through Blockbuster??

I'm still wondering how Blockbuster became practically a monopoly when they consistantly charge so much for their rentals (when compared to the purchase price of the video new and other rental places) and they don' carry porno.

Hmmmm....90,000 people and one Blockbuster. Here in my town...Blockbuster every two blocks. Sounds like you have a franchise opportunity my friend...
