I also ordered the titles aboive at Barnes and Noble with a coupons, so that why I'm trying to cancell them at Amazon!!Anybody ever this frustrated with their online accounts with the online retailers??

I ran into this too when I tried to cancel some orders.

But what I found is that if I continually went back and retried the link(s), it eventually let me cancel the orders.

A pain, I know. Probably better off calling.

You know what's funny, when Amazon's website is down, so is their computer system. So even the CSR's can't help you. Go figure.
