I opened a an account at Etrade. I'm supposed to get a $100 gift certificate to Buy.com. Etrade sent in the necessary request in August.
I'm still waiting. I've called several times and I'm always told they'll look into it and I never hear back from them.
Has anybody ever received this gift certificate?
