I'm just curious about this, I recieved my price error notifications and cancelled my orders like most of us.If any fellow dvd talkers received them at the "error" prices...then that would mean Amazon should honor my orders too..or they can discrimninate?

Mine's still in limbo, awaiting my price approval, which they'll never get. I figure I'll let it sit there until they either ship it for cheap or cancel it themselves...fug 'em.

I never got my MP7 box just the price adjustment e-mail. I haven't canceled yet. Did you guys that got it do anything special to get it or did it ship on it's own?

I ordered mine when the word about the steep discount was first going around. The item was in stock and shipped on its own before they began holding orders for price confirmations.
I tried ordering the Tom Cruise set the same evening but it was no longer in stock and they caught it for price confirmation. KShan |
Well, I didn't order any of the above, but did combine The Last of the Mohicans with a preorder. I got a shipping notice today for it at the cheap price. It is strange, though, because they are sending it apart from the rest of the October 24th preorder. Why did they wait three weeks only to ship it seperatly?

They shipped out Brazil to me and in the confirmation they assured me that I wouldn't be charged extra for the shipping since it wasn't supposed to be shipped seperate. Jet Li will come soon enough. Yay me.

If you do not approve the price, they will cancel it. It is automatically done by date on the order. The computer knows when to cancel it. Just watch and see.
Don't think that you can fool them. They are far smarter than you. They also post a price policy on the site. Everyone out there that is taking advantage of the mistake made, should think about it as if they were a business owner and they made a mistake. Would you want millions of scammers to take advatage of YOUR mistake. I think not. SCAMMERS = LOSERS!!! |
i too got brazil CC but cancelled Jet Li... Sent them a complaint email they blew off. Since I had combined the orders I wanted to get the brazil and had to cancel.

Not Jeff. Don't even order much from the company. Just find it funny how everyone whines about the fact that they weren't able to scam.
