I perordered U571 and Pitch Black from themoivesource over 2 weeks ago, they were released Tue. and I have still not received them yet. Anyone else have this problem? I have e-mailed them twice with no response. The last e-mail I sent I told them if they had not already shipped my order to cancel it and I will buy from somewhere else. Sounds like I can buy them from CC for the same price. I'll probably never hear from them and end up with 2 copies of each.

I ordered mine at the begining of last week and the shipped it on Tuesday or Wednesday. I should be getting it today or tomorrow.

If you don't get any return mails from them, try using their online chat service. Something that Reel.com used as customer service before they went bankrupt. Are we seeing some similarities?

Also, can you use a different $10 off $30 at their site if you had initially used a different code already? I have two email accounts and have two $10 off $30 coupon codes. Used up one already. Can I use the remaining one, too?
