I made an order (james Bond set) when it was 39.99. They cancelled it and charged me $109. They said I would get a credit but I called to check and basically had to start all over with the explanation, and I should get one in a month. I'm not going to take their word for it. Anyone have any ideas? I feel like they are treating me like I am trying to steal it at that price. I am not happy at all with the packaging. The box was open and the dvds were hanging out. Luckily not damaged. Think I will avoid Bestbuy in the future.

Don't even wait for them. Just call your credit card and dispute the overcharged amount. You should have no problem, since you can print out your online receipt with the $39.99 price, and you can print out the email from Penhollow.

Heck.. some people might even tell you to dispute the FULL charge, saying you don't recognize that price. But I'm not telling you to do that.

And, if you listen to those people, if there is ever a charge that you really do have to dispute, they may not be so lenient with it. Doing stuff like that always comes back to haunt you.

I hope you have some proof of the price. I think you should try and get them to give you something in writing to confirm $39.99 price, and the promise to credit you.
