TWEC just called me to say that they were going to cancel my order with multiple DVDs cause I used the 20% off coupon... it is supposed to be used only for one DVD... anyone had this experience?

Nope! I've had pretty good experiences with these guys when it comes to preorders!
I got my discount(s) with no problems.

Actually it was a group of pre-orders...

I had a slight problem with them. I ordered some items using a coupon, and my girlfriend orders some using her credit card buy same address. All her orders got cancelled except one, she called them, they told her she used the coupons twice, even though they must be thinking about me. Well one of her orders, as well as one of mine from a seperate order, finally got shipped, back on the 10th, BUT here is the catch, both hasnt shown up yet. She called them, they said it was shipped, both our CC was charged, perhaps they are trying to "stick it" to us for using the coupon twice? Sounds like a shady place ot me, similar to CDuniverse, some had luck, others had bad experience?

They'll replace your items if you don't receive them after 2 weeks! I've had one problem with them out of about 20 orders! http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/wink.gif
