Anyone receive shipping notice from Buy.com. Mine still says "Sent to Warehouse." Got Ultimate Toy Box for $37.49 with free shipping and a coupon so I don't feel too bad with the current Best Buy price.

Mine is still "Sent to Warehouse". I hope this is one of those "shipped it before we update our website" situations. If I had known that I could get it at Best Buy for $2 more on the day of release, I would have just gotten it there. D@mn, I hope mine comes today.

I just talked to a CSR at Buy.com who said that they normally ship preorders early (duh), but they don't have ANY of the Toy Box in stock today, so none will be shipped until AT LEAST tomorrow, if they get their shipment on time. I told him to cancel my order and I'm goin to Best Buy in the morning. Otherwise, it looks like if you haven't gotten it from Buy yet, you probably won't until at least Thursday.

My order is still in the "sent to warehouse" state. It's hard to believe that they ran out of sets to send out. Isn't the point of pre-ordering so that they know how many to get from their distributor? It's upsetting that I ordered it on 9/1 and they can't get it to me on time (or early). But I shouldn't be ranting to you guys, instead I should call Buy.com and complain to them. Hopefully I'll be able to post a message praising Buy.com when I get home and see the set waiting for me to open it. But that probably won't happen Hopefully the $37.49 price will make up for the disappointment of not getting it on time.

They shipped my JP/LW set 4 days after release. My TSUTB is showing as "sent to warehouse" still so I have a feeling it is going to have the same fate. That would be two orders in a row. Although I would like them to ship early I am not to bothered as long as they ship by the release date. Whats the point of pre ordering if they can't even do that.

Sure they're shipping them out, just not to the right people (ie me) I just got blown off by the 'service' rep who said it was just released today and will be shipped some time this week, didn't bother to argue since it's not worth it. If I find it at Best Buy for $39 during lunch, I'll cancel my Buy.com order and enjoy the set this evening.

If you want to get UTB at Best Buy then you better hurry. The BB I just went to had many 2-packs, but only 6 UTB's (and I found those on the cart waiting to hit the shelves ).

Good luck...

Mine shipped today from buy.com. It's about time...who are they, Amazon? Shipping on the day of release?

Actually, I talked to a buy.com CSR yesterday and she called the warehouse. She said that they had just gotten in another shipment of UTB and mine was packaged and ready to be picked up. It shows as shipped this morning on buy's website (haven't gotten the e-mail yet, but that's typical for buy.com). Maybe the rumors that Disney was a little behind in getting mass quantities of this title out are true...
