I was just wondering if Amazon has started shipping this set yet .... Why is it taking them so long?

I got shipping conf. from them today. For Amazon, shipping the day before release is the norm. They also usually upgrade shipping for free, as they did this time.

released" as opposed to "1 on hand" which it
usually is the day before release.

That's also what mine says on the site, but I got a shipping conf. e-mail, so check your mail, it may be there.

Mine shipped this morning UPS 3-7 day.
Tracking says it will come tomorrow (which it usually does when Amazon ships UPS to me).

Haven't gotten mine yet either. Still says "Items not yet shipped"
From my previous pre-oders, usually on Thursday or Friday before the release date the status read "Items shipping soon"
I usually then get a notice that it shipped out on Saturday and I get it monday or tuesday.
That has not happend so far.
I assume that they had a lot of orders and are taking longer to process them. I hope I get it by the weekend though.

I just got confirmation that my Keeping the Faith disk shipped from them today. Although, it looks like some etailers are having trouble getting their hands on the Toy Box (like Buy.com), so I don't know if Amazon will ship that on time.

I was going get it from Amazon for free(with GC's) but I canceled it(I'm gonna use the GC's for the Fantasia Athology Set). I decided I'll drive down to Best Buy and get it(woohoo same day)

I ordered two sets. One only cost me
shipping as when I added the boxset to my
cart, the price showed up as $0.00. So all I
had to pay was shipping. I thought I better
order another just in case they decide to
raise the price on me. This was at 40% off
too. So, last night I get confirmation that
the free boxset has shipped. This morning I
get the 2nd confirmation on the other boxset.
UPS Downgrade though. I bet I won't see
these until Monday of next week.
But I am happy.
