I mean that ship to Canada. Chapters sucks bad since they encountered money trouble and couldn't ship an order if you help a gun to their head, Express sucks bad for the same reason and can't ship on time plus charge 5$ and 15% when the dvd arrives at your door, Buy sucks bad since their canadian store has no dvds... so all I can see that's left and that does a decent job is Amazon, they ship on time, don't hide custom charges and they still have a few %'s off the retail price even though it's very little!!

I order quite a bit from Video Now. They are located in Canada I believe and they have free shipping too.

I haven't had a problem with them yet.
