I had a two disk order with B&N with 99% of the cost paid by Flooz.
They cancelled one of the disks (Timecode) because they reckon they can't get it. Anyway, instead of refunding a portion of the Flooz, the refund the entire amount. Thus the remaining disk would have been charged to my credit card for the full amount without me knowing it. Not a big issue, as long as you are aware. I simply cancelled the remaining disk, and reordered it with another. Only problem is I lost the coupon applied to the original order. |
