I'd like to order from the earth to the moon from eitehr of these compainies as the proiceing is a little too good to be true. Anyone use either one? I know one of them is a Canadian company adn the priceing is great. Anyone know why they are so cheap? We're talking $20-30 or more cheaper than Buy or 800.

On some discs the SRP is lower in Canada. I've used both http://www.absound.ca/ and http://www.dv-depot.com/ and they've both been very reliable with shiping and billing. *However* - if an item is out of stock it can take quite some time before it ships. Personally I use them for discs that Im in no particular hurry to get (which would be most of my purchases). Lastly if the price were the same on a product I'd go with DV-Depot since they tend to be OOS a lot less often.
Just my .05 cents worth. |
Just had a bunch of titles from A&B, packaged in express type boxes and shipping from Canada to the UK took 5 days which is pretty good - Quicker than Amazon and on a par with express.

The prices are good right now because the Canadian economy is in the tank.

Is it wrong to hope for bad economy of other nations to bring me good prices on dvd's?
Oh, yeah, it is bad... I mean good... I mean bad... ah, nevermind! |
I ordered one disc from dv-depot ("shattered image" when it was Canada only) and the billing, shipping went w/o a problem...
