This makes no sense to me what-so-ever, but today I attempted to checkout both from 800.com and buy.com an both kept giving me errors. I even tried different credit cards, but that shouldn't be the problem. Anyone else having checkout problems?

As far as the Buy.com order....I checked out for another friend of mine today with no problems!!! He was a new customer and we used a new customer coupon!!! Are you attempting to use a coupon which may be expired or for new customers only?

I was using a coupon, but I also had some money in a GC account. When I don't use the GC, the checkout now works! Go figure on that one. Can you not use GCs and coupons? I think I even tried it that way but to no avail

Well I wrote buy.com about the weird GC balance problem, but I still have problems with 800.com. Now I no longer get an error, but a message saying my credit card was denied. I know this cannot be posible because I tried two of them with huge limits. If anyone knows my problem, please tell me

Delete your cookies, and other items from your internet temp folder, and see if that works. That always does the trick for me.
