Price match Amazon "Prime Only" items?

Price match Amazon "Prime Only" items?
Had anyone ever tried price matching an Amazon "reserved exclusively for Prime members" item with Best Buy or Target? Do they put up any resistance?

Answering my own question...
I just got off the phone with Best Buy and was successfully able to match their web price with Amazon's "Prime Only" price for a TV DVD set. It actually took two calls, as the first rep kept insisting the Amazon price was from a third party.
And prime loses once again.
