Ebay Suspensions?

My account was suspended for 1 day because I listed adult material outside of the "adults only" section. The message sent said my selling privileges would be reinstated after 1 day but it's been about 48 hours now and I still can't list anything new and just get the same message that "your account has been suspended for 1 day" blah blah... anyone else ever have this happen or know when I'll be able to list new items?

I feel like that's an actual response I'd get if I called them

Why not try calling them or sending them an email?

I guess the leap day threw them off... after 48 hours + my 1 day restriction has been lifted. Hooray.

Actually I had sold many items without a single issue, even before 1 month old eBay automatically increased my selling limits too...

Re: Ebay Suspensions?

I have a bunch of old Celebrity Sleuth magazines that I've been trying to sell so I checked on Ebay to see what they were selling for now and they were among the regular listings. They used to be only listed in the Adult Categories so I thought maybe Ebay changed the rules on magazines, anything before 1979 can be listed in the normal Magazine category and anything after that needs to be in the Adult category.

If you want to get the suspension off your record give them a call and let them know about other Adult items listed regularly, look up examples first, and they should remove it.
