Hey all-

I see a few of you have gotten your Hellraiser tins from Buy.com. I have had nothing but a great experience form Buy. However, this could be the first bad one. I haven't received it, it hasn't been shipped and the web site says it is on order. Usually I would receive an email about it's delay from them (like I did for Spawn), but alas nothing. CS asked me to call back Monday when the warehouse is open to look into the situation (I have had a great experience with Buy.com's CS). I guess I'm a tad worried because I here when they skrew up, it's big time. And I wouldn't want to think that these limited edition tins are gonna end up selling out on other web sites while I wait for Buy to get their act together (it costs a few dollars more on other sites which is why I'm waiting). Is anyone else waiting and have you heard a better reason why the delay?

I received an e-mail from Buy this morning stating mine had been shipped on 9/22. I should have it on Monday and I'll reply back to you when I have it.

I guess that, if I really wanted this movie and I were you, unless you are using a buy.com coupon, I would just cancel it at buy.com, which is selling it for $28, and buy it at bn.com with a $10 off $30 coupon, for $22.

I actually got mine on Tuesday.

It had a high order number of 28117.

I had read that they were only making 30,000 of these babies and perhaps Buy.com was short shipped.

It is possible that the manufacturer actually only only 20,000 and are now pressing the last 10,000.

Mine was late but I always find that with limited editions, I never get them "on-time". (I collect comic books also and rarities take just as long. http://talk.dvdtalk.com/ubb/eek.gif )
