Forgive me for the newbie questions. Now that I'm starting to rack up gc's from freeride, I have a couple of questions about Amazon. Do they ever have free shipping promos like Buy.com? Also, if you have multiple preorders on the same order, do they ship them seperately or wait until the last one is released and ship them all? Thanks everyone.

Amazon hardly has any DVD related promo. I don't think I have seen a free shipping before. As for the preorders, you have the option to ship them as they are released, but it will cost you more for shipping.

Ok, thanks for the replies. Now, how does everyone usually order their preorder movies, 1 at a time or multiple on 1 order?

If I'm ordering from Buy.com, I'll be using a coupon and I'll be ordering a bunch of titles. If I'm ordering from Amazon - it'll be individual titles and only if I have a GC or coupon. From Amazon I've only paid between 2 and 9 dollars for a DVD.

Everytime I have pre-ordered more than
1 disc from Amazon, I select the ship
when all items are available option.
So far (knock on wood), every order
has been broken up by them and shipped
seperately at no extra cost.
