I placed an order for some things in electronics with the $20 coupon on 9/12. It's over a week. The mf's haven't shipped it and had estimated delivery on 9/27-10/3. Next, I buy some things for the dreamcast using $10 coupon yesterday, 9/21. Guess what? The mf's look like they combined the orders and yet I have to pay for seperate shipping and wait until they get both orders shipped at the same time. I've received no confirmation.

I've called them 3 times. Twice, I've been hold for more than 10 minutes with the damn recording telling me to be patient. The other time, I reached someone who claimed I didn't place the order and couldn't help me further, transferred me to another dept, and I had to wait on hold until I hung up. I emailed them and next day they emailed to tell me they couldn't discuss this because the email I used for the order was not the same one I used to email them.

I'm sick of this company and I hope they go bankrupt! My prior purchase of a TV set at Scamazon took over a month to get delivered and the cs was just as bad. I've made so many online purchases and I've yet to experience this sort of awful customer service and shipping of products.

I recorded Jurassic Park's price at 16.19 last month and now it's 18.89, what gives?

Looks like Amazon has gone into "Pre-Ship" mode/status on it. They seem to raise the prices on items a couple of weeks before ship(or at least on their 40% off items).

OR

Amazon is doing another one of their 'variable pricing' tests??

Oh, nice.

I can understand this, but they should at least give warning... geez, now I got to save up some more cash.
