Best Buy store pickup broken?

Best Buy store pickup broken?

Has anyone tried using the store pickup option at Best Buy in the past couple days? I've tried several different things, but it keeps giving me an error code saying the items are sold out when I try to check out, when clearly they are not. Same result using their app on my phone. Just wondering if this is something on my end or if they are having website issues.

I haven't had the exact problem you are, but store pickup is pretty much useless. I placed an order Saturday night and ended up getting an email that my item couldn't be found, so I tried to change it to pickup at a different store and got an error or something so I ended up just walking into the store I originally picked and grabbed it off the shelf right where it should be and bought it that way.
And don't get me started on their app. If I try buying something through the app I hit "add to cart" but my cart will still be empty afterwards.
