That's fine if that's what you wanna do. If I have a pair of jeans I paid over $100 for that I no longer want, I'd rather sell them on ebay than give them away. As far as buying jeans, I really only wear 3 brands and one of them are Diesel which are expensive when bought new. If I can find a pair on ebay in great shape then I'd rather spend $30-$50 & give them a good washing as opposed to $150-$200.
That's a stupid assumption. I sell maybe one item per month if that much on ebay, therefore I should know the Postal Holidays?

Never talk to buyers, ever. I would have ignored his first message.
Also defiantly don't send the jeans. Refund him and have an amazing comeback for the one negative on your feedback, everyone will look at it and like you and thing that guy is insane.
Also you can contact e-bay to take off the bad feedback if it is unjust, they can look at the messages. Just tell them he was threatening and you were uncomfortable with the situation.
Edit: and upon further reading you actually sent them... good luck.

So the buyer just left me positive feedback... but had this to add:
'seller was pushy wanted to be paid one day after won ebay gives 7 days befor pay'.
I have no idea why he's calling me pushy or why he's saying I wanted to be paid one day after he won the auction. Anyway, at least it's overwith.

You should respond with your side of the story. Too bad you can't really leave him any feedback yourself.

If you mean respond to his feedback, there is no way to do that. If you mean respond by sending him a message, I've explained to him numerous times ebay auto opened the case, not me. Not sure if you read all those messages in the beginning of the post, but it seems he might be a little slow.
If buyers messages are ignored, they'd just end up leaving neg feedback anyway or giving one star for communication.

In the future don't assume any information that you are telling the buyer. In the time it took to tell him you don't know when the PO is closed, you could have looked it up.
But at least you got the positive. A couple of negatives and eBay will send you packing these days.

A negative feedback can be reversed if both parties mutually agree it was unwarranted or the problem was solved.

I have the Unpaid Ebay thing set for 4 days after bidding ends. My listings clearly say that payment must be received within 24hrs. If people can't follow directions then that's their fucking problem. Out of 100 items that I sold last week I've had only 3 flakes. I've already received the final value fee from one, and Ebay will file the claim in a another day ort 2 on the two jerks.
