Does anyone know if they allow you to use both coupons AND gift certificates on the same order? Actually, that's a bad question... I don't really have a gift certificate, I have internet cash. Can I use a coupon and pay for my order with internet cash?

yes. i preordered Leon: the professional with a 20% off coupon + $20 internetcash about a month ago and they shipped me Leon on streetdate.

Edit: If you use echo, it is better to use your points and redeem internetcash to use at twec.com because their prices with all their coupons is better than redeeming amazon GCs. I already did all the math ahead of time...
