Perhaps they had reason to believe you were trying to snag multiple coupons while they had intentions of only sending one per customer.

I just found out that BB canceled my pre-order for NxNW. Never got an email. CS responded that there was a problem w/ my CC. Not true, but they replaced my GC and said to reorder. Man this burns me up. Are others having a similar problem/.

If I remember correctly this is exactly what happened to several people here about 4-6 weeks ago when using their $20 code (thought it was going to happen to me as well but they finally shipped my supposedly in-stock DVD 2 weeks after placing the order). I think they also had to go through the additional hassle of getting the code reissued since the original code was already redeemed.

tenjin, thanks. I think all is well now (except that I'll be getting my disc a week late). One minor footnote, when I ordered in July there was free shipping. So with the coupon, the final cost was about $4. When I reordered, they charged an additional $2.99 SH; total cost about $7.

I emailed, CS who said they would reverse the SH charges; got my fingers crossed.
