I along with a couple hundred other people got scammed by someone named HENRYM at Half.com a couple months ago, well, on July 31st, they said they had investigated the transaction and would refund my money, but its not here, has anyone else successfully gotten a refund from them within a month, should I be concerned??? I too got scammed by henrym, fortunately only for around 22 bucks. Half.com customer service verified on August 3rd that they would refund my money within 21 days, but so far they haven't. It's really starting to get annoying - why the hell does it take them a month or more to issue a simple credit? Well, I've given them enough time - if it doesn't show up on my statement tomorrow, I'm just going to dispute it.

I also was having problems getting my refund.
You have to call them everyday to complain.
I sent them the bad dvds in July and they still have not refunded me the full amount.
They really give you a hard time to get your money back.
I even tried e-mailing them and they told me
something like they dont care if Im really pissed at the way they handle the refunds.
Half.com refund policy sucks.

I recently found out it takes about THREE MONTHS after returning an incorrect item for it to get credited back on your CC. I had given up as it was a 5 dollar CD and I had used a coupon. Yeah, they suck. But they did refund the full amount without the discount plus my shipping.
