Tried to register with Mercata last night so I could get in on the Panasonic ReplayTV deal and they told me I was not eligible due to "either multiple accounts or invalid Credit Card information". I have no other account and I checked the CC info and found it was right.

Just needed to vent and say Mercata is suck. I feel much better now.

That happened to me a while ago and a quick phone call fixed it. I am surprised they still haven't fixed their system after all this time. Anyway, Mercata has been good to me, resolving quickly and efficiently the problem with damaged product during shipping. Haven't been back since I used up all my Mercata dollars though.
