I think my mother and father are wanting to join buy.com. Will they be up for the 10 off 15 even though I live here with them and have an account with buy? They do however have their own e-mail accounts / credit cards.

Thanks

Jonathan

If your parents have their own credit card and e-mail address, then buy will consider them to be new even though the billing/shipping address is the same as your account.

I'm sure Buy.com is quite aware that being a new customer means just a new credit card.

How about the e-mail address? Was it a *new* one?

Go into your cookies folder, under the Windows folder (in 9x at least), and delete anything with "buy" in it. Usually it'll be something like "[email protected][1].txt" or "[email protected][2].txt".

Also, make sure you close all your IE/Netscape windows or it won't do any good. Usually cookies are loaded into memory and aren't "gone" until all instances of the browser are closed.
