I've been hearing negative things about both lately. I want to pre-order From Russia With Love. They are the same price.

I noticed Amazon has it for the same price.
Let's add them in as well.
How are they with pre-orders ?

I would still use Buy.Com with their $10 off $50 coupon which is for all users!!!!

If not worried about the coupon, I would order from Express.com!!!

pre-ordering from buy.com can be very dangerous. But then again you could possibly have your pre-order dvd a Week in advance as they often break street dates. For consistent and reliable overally service, it would go to express.com. if you want to take a chance go with buy.com.

Between the two I almosts always prefer Buy for 2 big reasons:

1) Buy frequently uses coupons, Express almost never does.

2) Buy charges shipping per item in an order while Express charges shipping based on separate shipments. For example, if you pre-order 10 items that are shipped one each week, your shipping charge would be nearly $30 while Buy would charge you less than $12 and would ship separately.

I have used both for pre-orders and would pick Buy.com over express.com (for pre-orders) Most of my pre-orders with Buy have arrived on the Saturday before the release date with Express its usually a day or 2 after the release date. Also, if its a title that has more than 1 disc express charges you per disc for shipping. While Buy used to have alot of free shipping coupons or free shipping weekends but that may be a thing of the past.

buy.com has been good to me with ALL my past orders!

Even though it did take weeks to convert my reel trivia to buy.com cash. I did get all $96, so I am happy
