Website advise for a Amazon/ebay/Buy seller
Good evening.
I have a question. I sell movie's on eBay, Amazon & buy.com. I have had some good success, and decided to open my own website. My question is simple, is it worth it? I know this seems like an obvious "how much time can it take". Well the answer is...quite a bit. It would probably mean hiring someone part time. Then the question moves on to how do I advertise? I have tried on facebook, no luck. I have some things that have been listed on woot community deals and had some luck, but overall I wonder if it's even worth it.
Do I keep my website?
Do I advertise somewhere new?
How do I get the word out in general?
My inventory isn't a lot of sku's (probably around 200-500 at any given time), So I won't have everything someone needs.
I am leaving the website name out of this so it's not considered advertising or spam.

Re: Website advise for a Amazon/ebay/Buy seller
I've heard of small business owners advertising their own shops when they make a sale on eBay and Amazon. A lot of the bigger eBay sellers will gently suggest visiting their own websites after a purchase.
